Misleading Description
"I returned this jacket as the description said it is fleece lined and it was not fleece lined. Plus the colors are identical to the Southwest Airlines airplanes, which felt a little odd, looking like an airplane. Customer service was great though and I was allowed to return the jacket for my money back even after I had purchased it during a promotion."
