"The hoodie was fine, but customer service was lacking I ordered for my niece’s birthday and allowed plenty of time. I even paid for next day air shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. Went through two customer service reps who made promises not kept. It finally arrived, I guess better late than never. Although my girls love this brand, I doubt I will ever order again due to slow delivery time and other issues"
