Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.

We offer free shipping on all domestic exchanges and store credit returns. Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return shipping label will incur a $9.50 return fee

Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return period from the purchase date for refunds, store credits, or exchanges on all regular-priced items, provided they are unworn and retain their original tags. For items purchased at a discount of 20% or less, refunds are not available, but customers may exchange the item for a different size or color within the same style, subject to availability, during the 30-day period. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer store credit for the purchase price of the item.

For items purchased at a discount greater than 20%, all sales are final, and they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We encourage customers to double-check sizes when purchasing discounted items.

Holiday Return Policy:

For the 2025 holiday season, Aviator Nation is extending a special return policy for purchases made between November 29th, 2025, and December 24th, 2025. All return or exchange requests must be initiated by January 31st, 2026. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number or gift receipt, is required to process returns or exchanges.
