I never received it and
"I never received it and was told it was to long ago and there’s nothing you can about it. Then we recently purchased another item, an heart bolt zip up and it was also never received. We reached out sooner this time and you told us it was lost in shipping, but that it could not be replaced and we would get a credit. We have ordered with you many many times, and had never had a problem. But after these two orders, we are very disappointed."
