"The 1st item I purchased got canceled due to an “inventory issue.” I didn’t get notified of this until a full week after I had placed the order. The replacement item never arrived even though I received a delivery notification from Aviator Nation. I’ve emailed several times basically to be told it’s not their problem and to file a claim with UPS. The emails exchanges have been very rude and unhelpful. I’m a longtime customer and this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing."
