"Sadly love the items but won’t purchase again. After shipping to the wrong address, after being told the error was corrected, we got our purchase after the holidays, and it sat outside for over a week in a puddle while away, as a result of lack of customer service to correct the problem or communicate with UPS who was not allowed to hold the package as per AN restrictions. So disappointed and the lack of being able to speak to a human when merchandise is so expensive is insane!"
