"The shirt is cute and comfortable, just like all the other boyfriend tees. However, the $39 membership requisite for purchase is just a thinly-veiled markup with no real added value. Customer service isn't any better with the membership and the shipping is just as slow as it has always been, but now you have to pay extra for that too. It's a blatant cash grab that has diminished my enthusiasm for the brand."
