Shipping, Exchange & Return Information  

Important Shipping Information.

Please note that order processing times will vary between 2-7 business days for orders that selected the free shipping UPS Ground option at checkout.

Orders which selected our paid shipping service of UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air will be processed through our warehouse in an expedited manner.

Please note international orders are subject to longer shipping times as well as duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities that we are unable to calculate at checkout. Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has been prepared to ship.

UPS, our shipping carrier, will only ship to physical addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you have a PO box listed as your shipping address please email info@aviatornation.com to get this changed.

International orders are subject to duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities that we are unable to calculate at checkout. 

Return & Exchange Info

We offer free return shipping on all domestic exchanges & store credit returns. Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return label will incur a $9.50 return fee.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, and returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn or unwashed with original tags. Items purchased with a discount up to 20% are non-refundable but can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Items purchased at over a 20% discount are final sale and non-returnable. Exchange orders will be submitted with UPS Ground.
