The yellow/gold one fits as expected, but the green one is huge on me — it doesn’t fit like a Small at all, and unfortunately I can’t wear it. I went to the store to try to exchange it for an XS, but I was told they couldn’t do anything because it was a final sale. I understand the policy, however I paid around $120 for a hoodie that I’m unable to use, which is very frustrating. Could you please help me with this? I would really just like to exchange it for an XS. If that’s not possible, would it be possible to return it and receive store credit instead?"
