For the 2023 holiday season, Aviator Nation extends a tailored return policy for purchases made between November 25th, 2023, and December 24th, 2023. All return or exchange requests must be initiated by January 31st, 2024. Items should be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number, is mandatory.

For purchases discounted between 0-10%, you are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. For items discounted at 11-20%, we offer store credit or exchange only, without the option for a refund. Purchases with a discount exceeding 20% are final sales and are neither returnable nor refundable.

You can initiate returns or exchanges either via our online return portal by entering your order number and email, or in-person at any of our flagship stores, with proof of purchase such as your order number.
