Domestic Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

• Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location, during non-sale periods.
• A majority of our orders will ship from our Los Angeles warehouse

Processing Times:

• Regular processing times for orders selecting the UPS Ground option at checkout are 1-2 business days.
• Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery can take between 1-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

• For faster delivery, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air options.
• Expedited orders are prioritized and expedited through our warehouse.
• Delivery for expedited shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, not including the fulfillment period.

Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.

International Shipping

Duties and Taxes:

• Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery.
