Exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt, and returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn or unwashed. Items purchased at over a 10% discount or on sale are non-refundable.

We expect that you'll wear your Aviator Nation gear for a lifetime. Like all rad vintage gear the more you wear it and wash it the more broken in it will become. In our opinion this is a good thing. Wear it often and let it evolve into something even more RAD. If there is defect on your item that we can fix we're more than happy to have it sent to our factory in Los Angeles for a repair.

1. HOW ARE AVIATOR NATION GARMENTS SO SOFT?
Special fabric blends combined with special techniques used in the wash and dye process are used to create an authentic vintage feeling garment. After years of testing various processes and various fabrics we have found the recipe for the perfectly worn in garment that will hold its softness for its entire lifecycle if cared for properly.
2. WHY DOES MY ITEM LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE PHOTO?
All Aviator Nation products are made by hand at our own factory in downtown Los Angeles. This helps add to the uniqueness of each piece! If you are not happy with the color or fit we are always happy to assist with an Exchange or a Return so long as it is within the designated window.
3. DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we are happy to say we ship orders all over the world. In addition to the shipping cost, there are possible import tariffs and brokerage fees that we cannot estimate.
4. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please note that after your order is placed it can take up to 3 business days for your order to process at our warehouse. All orders can be tracked by logging into your account and going to the original order page for the order you are looking for. If you do not have an account with us then you need to first set up an account and once you do this you can follow the link on the dashboard to track your order. You will need your order ID from the email confirmation you received when you placed the original order to track the order.
5. DOES AVIATOR NATION EVER GO ON SALE?
We do have sales both on our website and in our flagship stores from time to time. Usually the sales do not last long so make sure you are registered to receive our digital newsletter or you will miss them. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund and unless otherwise stated are not eligible for an exchange.
6. HOW CAN I SELL AVIATOR NATION IN MY STORE?
