If an exchange is not possible, we will offer store credit for the purchase price of the item.
For items purchased at a discount greater than 20%, all sales are final, and they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We encourage customers to double-check sizes when purchasing discounted items.
We offer free returns on all orders when processed through Happy Returns. If you choose to use an individual prepaid shipping label for a return to original payment method, a $9.50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

"I have purchased three of the 5 stripe zip front hoodies in different colors in size XS and absolutely love them! So, I was excited to see it in vintage white with grey stripes. The other three fit me perfectly, so I didn’t think to try it on before washing it for the first time. Unfortunately, it was much bigger than the other XS ones I have, by a few inches. After several email exchanges with a customer service rep (including sending pictures of the hoodie and one of the XS hoodies I purchased previously showing tape measurements of both) and shipping the hoodie back to them, the rep asked what I wanted in exchange. I told him I wanted the same hoodie correctly sized this time. He responded that it was now out of stock. At my request, a full refund was issued, with no offer to make things right (a credit or discount towards a future purchase). I am extremely disappointed with how the customer service was handled and will not be purchasing from Aviator Nation in the future."
