UPS Ground: Sunday, December 15th, by 11:59 PM (midnight).
UPS 2nd Day Air: Friday, December 20th, by 12:00 PM (noon).
UPS Next Day Air: Saturday, December 21st, by 12:00 PM (noon).
Orders over $200 qualify for free Ground shipping. For orders under $200, a $13.00 flat rate will apply for Ground shipping. Please expect potential processing delays due to Black Friday order volume.
For those selecting our paid expedited options, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, your order will be processed with priority in our warehouse to ensure faster delivery.
Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.
