"I ordered the hoodie and just gave it to my daughter this morning for her birthday. When she tried it on, I noticed a visible hole on the left shoulder. She has disappointed because she could not wear it today since I have to exchange it. Unfortunately the 5- stripe hoodie in white are all sold out. Despite having extra money allocated to encourage an exchange-there is no replacement available in the color and style she hoped to have. Do you have quality control on the product? I really don't know what to do now."
