"It is unconscionable how Aviator Nation runs the coustomer service department. The puffer vest I received has a faulty zipper, and for the past week I have tried to get through to actually speak to a representative regarding a return. Unable to converse with a human, I have left several voice mails detailing the issue. Up to this point, no one from your company has responded. I have purchased a number of clothing items from your Aviator Nation over the years, and it appears that customer care has grown worse and worse. If Paige is so committed to streamlining the company, maybe as decisions are made, she should not lose sight of the one entity that matters most: the loyal customers. I would like someone to call me at 562-552-3205 so I can find a reslution to the problem with the expensive vest that is not even usable."
