Black Friday Processing & Shipping Times:
Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday event, please be aware that processing and shipping times might extend beyond our standard timeframe. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Expedited Shipping for Premium Services:
For orders opting for UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, rest assured that these will be prioritized and expedited through our warehouse.
Return & Exchange Info
We offer free return shipping on all domestic exchanges & store credit returns. Domestic returns for a refund that utilize our return label will incur a $9.50 return fee.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, and returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. All items sent back must be unworn or unwashed with original tags. Items ordered at over a 10% discount are non-refundable but can be sent back for a store credit or exchange. Exchange orders will be submitted with UPS Ground.
