Important Shipping Information.

Orders typically process in 1-2 business days.

For those selecting our paid expedited options (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air), your order will be processed with priority in our warehouse to ensure faster delivery.

We now also offer Same Day Order Processing for a small fee. If selected at checkout and placed by 12pm PST (Monday–Friday), your UPS Ground order will move to the front of the line and ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Please note that international orders may experience longer shipping times and are subject to additional duties and fees determined by local tax authorities, which we cannot calculate at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is ready to ship.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your shipping address includes a PO box, please email [email protected] to update it to a physical address.

Important Note: We do not offer refunds on packages marked as delivered. For missing package claims, we will work with UPS to investigate, and if warranted, submit a replacement order.

Returns:

Regular-Priced Items:
Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days if unworn and with tags. Choose a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Discounted Items (20% or Less): No refunds. Exchanges for size or color within the same style are allowed within 30 days, based on availability. If an exchange isn’t possible, store credit will be offered.

Discounted Items (Over 20%): All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Returns for a refund which utilize our prepaid shipping label will be charged a $9.50 label fee.
