"I bought this Hoodie bc I like TRUE BLACK color which I rarely see here at the AN. Charcoal (washed out black color is not so great). I returned this item later due to the Santa Tiger application which can be worn only around Christmas (limited) time. I kept Santa Tiger Relaxed Crew Sweatshirt in white color. Otherwise, this Hoodie is soft and cozy."

"The hoodies itself is great. A little thinner than their usual quality, but this has been happening with the pullovers for the last several releases. The $39 membership requisite for purchase is just a markup with no added value. Customer service isn't any better with the membership (still waiting days to hear back about reward points I have been shorted) and the shipping is just as slow as it has always been, but now you have to pay for that too. It's a blatant cash grab that has diminished my enthusiasm for the brand."
