"I'm 6'1", 180 lb woman. I bought a size Large and they fit comfortably in the waist, with an easy but not too loose fit through the leg. I usually struggle to find sweatpants that are long enough unless they are specifically made for tall people, but these actually go all the way down to my ankle. The material is so soft, perfectly worn in while still fluffy on the inside like a brand-new garment -best of both worlds. The weight of the material is perfect too - cozy but not too hot.
