- Need it faster? Add Same Day Processing at checkout — order by 12pm PST (Mon–Fri) and your order ships same day. After 12pm, weekends, or holidays ship next business day
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships
- International orders may take longer and are subject to local duties and taxes, which we can't calculate at checkout
- No PO boxes — email [email protected] to update to a physical address
- Packages marked "delivered" aren't eligible for refunds. Missing package? We'll investigate with UPS and replace your order if warranted
Returns & Exchanges
- Full-price items: 30 days from purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit — unworn, with original tags
- Discounted 20% or less: exchange (size or color, same style) or store credit within 30 days — no refunds
- Discounted more than 20%: final sale. Please double-check sizing before ordering
- Returns are free through Happy Returns. Prefer a prepaid shipping label with refund to original payment? A $9.50 fee is deducted from your refund
